Cardless Withdrawal via the V App

The cardless withdrawal is an amazing feature on the Vbank App that allows you access to cash on the ATM without an ATM card.

This can be initiated following the steps below

1. Login to your V Bank App
2. Select Payments and click on Cardless Withdrawal
3. Select Withdraw Cash and complete the details ie. Debit account, withdrawal amount, and one-time withdrawal PIN
4. Click continue to review the transaction details and authorize with your 4-digit PIN
5. Once completed, your withdrawal details will be displayed on your app and also sent to you as an SMS

At the ATM, follow the steps below to withdraw your cash

• Press any key on the ATM to display screen prompts
• Select Payout cash with Paycode on the ATM
• Enter 8-14 digit PIN
• Enter 4-digit PIN
•  Input the one time withdrawal code, withdrawal amount and your one time withdrawal PIN in the spaces provided
• The ATM will be dispense to you

The SMS notification containing token and PIN to any Stanbic IBTC Bank, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, GTBank, UBA Bank, Polaris Bank ATM to withdraw the cash.
