The notifications feature of the V Bank App allows users to select their preferred channels for transaction notifications.
Transaction notifications can be received via SMS, Email and Push.
Below are the steps to activate transaction notifications via the app:
- Login to the V bank app
- Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of your screen
- Select Account Preference Management
- Click on Transaction Notification Preference
- Select either SMS, Email or Push or any combination of the three
- Click on ''Save''
NOTE: Carrier charges may apply for SMS transaction notifications.
